>> Personality Scorchriver is a gentle soul, much preferring to talk rather than fight in times of conflict. She feels at least somewhat close to every cat in her Clan, finding peace in seeing the way that they are all connected in their way of survival. She is also very independent and it can take a lot to get her to admit that she needs help, as she doesn't want to trouble any cat unless she truly needs it.
She can get quite anxious in troubling events, even more so when her preferred way of solving problems fails to work. While Scorchriver has fighting skills just like any warrior, she can sometimes be crippled by anxiety and forget fighting moves until another cat comes to aid her. She can also become very over protective of her loved ones, occasionally getting on every cat's nerves by worrying herself half to death and refusing to let them leave her sight.

>> History Scorchkit was born like any other cat to her mother, Dawnspots and her father, Hawktalon. She was born the oldest out of 3 healthy kittens, and the only one who shared their mother's tortoiseshell pelt. She and her sisters grew fast and it was no surprise to her parents when on the day they hit 6 moons, they were eager as a flock of starlings to receive their apprentice names.
    Scorchpaw held her strength particularly in hunting. It would surprise her mentor when they asked if she would like to hunt or practice battle skills and she chose hunting every time. Her quick paws made it easy to catch fast moving creatures, and her sharp eyes would almost always find the best hidden prey. Fighting was harder for this diplomatic cat as her skills lay more in hunting than fighting and she felt that talking was more reasonable than drawing blood. This way of thinking ran her into some problems in her training as it took her a bit longer to pick up the fighting techniques and push away her reluctance.
    Nonetheless, Scorchpaw eventually earned her warrior name, Scorchriver, in honor of her graceful and powerful hunting skills and quick thinking. Since then, she has proven herself time and time again as a diplomat and an honorable member of her Clan.
